#8: Intermittent Fasting - The good, the bad, & the not so bad


Today we're talking all things about the trendy "intermittent fasting." Intermittent fasting alternates periods of eating with periods of fasting. The duration of a fasting window varies from person to person, but in the interest of this podcast, we are working with a 16-hour fasting window (8-hour eating window). It sounds painful and for some it may be easier than for others. But with a little practice, patience, and determination, it is not impossible!
