#16: 10,000 Calorie Challenge. Worth it or nah?


Today we're talking all things food and overindulgence, in the form of a 10,000 calorie challenge. The goal is to consume 10,000 calories all in a day's work -- the only "restriction" is that calories cannot come in the form of liquid. My question here is -- do milkshakes count as liquid? I'm going to say no because that's just silly.
