Sharif Abboud Owner & Head Coach

Sharif brings an infectious energy to his job each and every day. His unique vision and passion are what separates him from anyone else in the industry. He believes that fitness is achieved by being truly happy, inside and out. This is exactly what he wants for every person he comes in contact with - making his heart his biggest muscle. Sharif has been featured in numerous articles, most recently in the October 2017 issue of D Magazine. He is also a Lululemon Ambassador at the Knox Street location. He was voted “Most Moving Instructor” in Dallas by ClassPass users in 2017.

Madison Abboud Owner & Resident Foodie

Madison’s passion is in creating a culture where everyone feels like family. She knows your name and probably knows from first-hand experience why you’re here. She loves talking with and helping others with nutrition beyond just calorie counting, making the way you eat both sustainable and enriching.

Kelly Lee MET45 Coach and Personal Trainer

Kelly has spent over 10 years developing her knowledge of functional fitness, wellness, and balance. Once an overweight-struggling-adolescent-turned-collegiate-rower, Kelly has since spent the past decade coaching people and forging connections through her true passion: motivating, inspiring, and educating everyone she has the opportunity to work with toward realizing their full potential. Her desire to bring fitness to the masses, to educate people about the many aspects of wellness, and to promote the importance of achieving balance in one’s life fuel her passion to help others who are seeking lasting improvement. Kelly brings her wealth of knowledge, her undying team-oriented attitude, and her infectious laugh to each session, keeping you smiling through the pain of progress and always coming back for more. Whether you’re new to fitness, a weekend warrior, or a fitness connoisseur, Kelly will coach you to achieve your very best—and then some.

Kelly holds the following certifications: CPT, NASM CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist), PES (Performance Enhancement Specialist), FNS (Fitness Nutrition Specialist), TRX Level I &II, Pre/Post Natal Specialist, Kettle Bell Level I, Spinning, Bosu Master, Shock Wave, Iyengar Yoga Certification in Progress.

The Met45™ Evolution

Owner Sharif Abboud has trademarked his style into the newly developed and EXCLUSIVE Met45™ Training Program. Met45™ is just as much about the coaching as it is the program itself. You’ll get the very best of goal specific resistance training as well as high intensity metabolic interval training in the most efficient way possible. These workouts will take your body as well as your mind to heights like never before.

  • METmass

    With its unique tempo and program design, METmass was developed to help increase lean muscle mass while simultaneously decreasing body fat. A strength class like no other (no ladies, this class will not make you bulky)!

  • METvelocity

    Not your ordinary Bootcamp class, this high-intensity interval training session puts an emphasis on cardiovascular conditioning, speed, and agility work. Regardless of your fitness level, you’ll channel your inner athlete on state-of-the-art equipment such as our sport turf, tires, and self-powered treadmills.

  • METforce

    In the laws of physics, F=MA. At Evolve, F=MV. With this hybrid class, we combine the METmass and METvelocity concepts to make our MET45™ athletes an unstoppable force. This class is the best of both worlds.

  • Community Lift

    This is an open gym strength training session with a focus on education and instruction. You’ll lift with your fellow athletes alongside your coach, developing a greater level of community. Our workouts together will be consistent with the MET45™ program design. It’s time to level the playing field. This is your chance to outperform your coach!

  • METrecovery

    This session moves slowly through basic, gentle, stretching and recovery exercises. There is nothing fancy, or funky in the class, just a mindfulness aspect on breathing, and a dedicated focus on lactic acid flush and restoration. As humans working hard to attain a peak level of physical performance through high intensity training and a focused nutrition plan, this class brings added balance to neutralize and harmonize all of the efforts to maintain an optimal level of fitness. Anyone interested in stretching, relaxing, and restoring the body is welcome. No experience necessary.

    METRecovery sessions are supplemental to the MET45™ program.

    Each METRecovery session is $10/person.
