MET45®

The trademarked brain-child of our founder and coach, Sharif Abboud, Met45 is a dedicated training program composed of three pillars: MetMass, MetVelocity and MetForce. These sessions collectively make up the bones of this program, providing the *perfect* balance between strength and endurance training. Our program is designed to build athletes from the inside out, the aesthetic benefits of Met45 are merely byproducts, albeit welcomed ones, of the physical, mental, and spiritual tools developed when fully committing to this program.

MetMass


Get ready to throw around some weight! Our primary focus in our MetMass classes is to increase lean muscle mass. No ladies, you will not get bulky! While you can still expect to get your heart rate up, this pillar of our program is designed with slower, more focused movements in mind.

MetVelocity


High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), regimagined. Agility training is the name of the game when it comes to programming our MetVelocity classes. Sprinting, jumping and heart racing, OH MY. While our program is designed for you to be able to move at your own pace, expect to be challenged to move quickly through the movements during MetVelocity!

MetForce


Strength training + HIIT - the very best of both worlds. MetForce sessions are the perfect combination of both the MetMass and MetVelocity concepts. You may be repping the bench press one minute and running sprints the next! Anything goes during these classes but you are guaranteed to feel incredible afterwards.
